Sauna is good for your mind, body, and soul. You’ll meet new friends and enjoy a nature experience right in the heart of the city. And when you head back to the reading room, you’ll most likely take a healthy dose of sauna endorphins with you, brightening the rest of your day.
Important info
- Remember swimwear, a water bottle, a towel for drying off, and a towel to sit on in the sauna.
- Follow the firing rules. Maximum two logs at a time!
- Bring your own padlock if you want to lock up valuables.
- Glasses do not tolerate the heat, so leave them in the changing room.
- Alcohol is not allowed in the public/drop-in sauna.
- The sauna host may ask visibly intoxicated guests to leave.
- All bathing and use of the sauna is at your own risk.
- The time slot is 90 minutes, including changing.
- When there are 15 minutes left, we ask that you leave the sauna so you have time to get changed.
- Thank you for respecting the time! It’s important for the next sauna guests.
