Frustration over the mask mandate spreads, the Black Lives Matter movement mobilizes, while conspiracy theorists spread paranoia and create chaos in the midst of the intense mayoral election. Tensions rise as an escalating conflict between the town’s sheriff and mayor pits neighbor against neighbor, turning the small town in New Mexico into a ticking time bomb.
